How Your Donations Help
2020 and 2021 saw Ellendale United Methodist hit with the massive challenge of working through a COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of this pandemic we had to make significant changes to how we worship, trying to continue making worship a rich and spiritual experience while maintaining a safe atmosphere and recognizing that many within our family could not attend worship in person. Your financial generosity, especially in 2021, allowed Ellendale United Methodist to answer the challenge by creating a robust Audio/Visual experience for both in-house and online worshippers. Your giving allowed us to take the beginnings of our digital ministries that had begun in early 2020, and begin to form them into a tool that will help enrich worship within our sanctuary and well beyond.
Your giving in 2021 is going to allow us to continue expanding our digital ministry both on campus and online. As a result of your giving, we are going to upgrade all Sunday School rooms to include internet connected flat screen TVs. We are also developing a multi-media enhanced website that will compliment our social media presence, and help Ellendale United Methodist to be the hands, feet, and voice of Christ well beyond our walls and local community.
